KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 6 (Bernama) — PDRM FC continued their losing streak in the Super League after suffering a 1-4 defeat to Sabah FC today.
This marked the fifth consecutive loss for Eddy Gapil’s side, who last recorded a victory when they defeated Kelantan The Real Warriors in September.
In the match held at the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) Stadium, Sabah FC took the lead in the first half through Darren Lok’s goal in the 44th minute.
In the second half, The Rhinos continued to punish the home team with goals from Miguel Cifuentes in the 54th minute and Ajdin Mujagic six minutes later.
PDRM attempted to close the gap through Agbre Noel, who converted a penalty in the 74th minute, but Sabah FC widened the lead again when striker Fergus Tierney scored via a penalty at the end of the match.
