Warisan is expected to announce its list of candidates for the coming Sabah state election on Wednesday.
Warisan deputy president Darell Leiking said the party has finalised its list of candidates for all the 73 state seats up for grabs.
“The presentation of letters of appointment to the candidates will be held on Nov 12 at the Warisan headquarters in BSA Kolombong,” Leiking, who is also the party’s election director for the state polls, said in a statement today.
Warisan has decided not to form any political alliance or enter into any electoral pact for the election.
Its president, Shafie Apdal, had said the party will contest all the 73 state seats using its own banner and focus on working directly with the people of Sabah rather than enter into alliances with other parties.
The Sabah election will be held on Nov 29, with nomination day set for Nov 15, and early voting on Nov 25.
