Nothing Phone (3a) Lite specs and features

If the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite looks a little familiar, that’s because it’s essentially similar to the CMF Phone 2 Pro, just dressed in a sleeker design and equipped with a slightly toned-down camera setup. More on that later. Interestingly, both phones share the same RM1,199 price tag.
Featuring a glass sandwich design with a plastic frame, the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite sports the brand’s iconic transparent back design, just like the Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro. It also comes with an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Complementing the transparent design is the Glyph Light, which supports Flip to Glyph for silent notifications, Essential Notifications, Camera Countdown, customisable light sequences, and more.
Like other recent Nothing Phones, you also get the Essential Key, which launches the Essential Space app. Essential Search is included as well, giving you access to saved content even without an internet connection.

Up front, the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite sports a 6.77″ 120Hz AMOLED display that pushes out a resolution of 2392×1080 pixels, giving you a pixel density of 387ppi and a 3,000 nits peak brightness.
Powering the phone is MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM (expandable to 16GB via virtual RAM) and 256GB of storage, with support for microSD cards up to 2TB.

In the imaging department, you get an OIS-equipped 50MP f/1.9 main camera with a 1/1.57″ Samsung sensor, an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle shooter, and a 16MP selfie shooter.
What’s missing as compared to its CMF sibling, though, is the 50MP telephoto camera that’s been swapped out for a 2MP macro sensor instead.

Keeping the lights on for the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite is a 5,000mAh battery, which the firm says can “comfortably last almost 2 days with mixed use”.
Charging can be done at 33W via the USB-C port, juicing up the device from 0 to 50% in approximately 20 minutes. 5W reversed wired charging is also supported. As for connectivity, you get 5G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC.

Out of the box, the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite will run on the Android 15-based Nothing OS 3.5, with 3 years of major Android updates and 6 years of security patches promised.
Nothing also mentioned that the Android 16-based Nothing OS 4.0 will be rolled out to the Phone (3a) Lite in early 2026.
