KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd’s (KPGB) wholly owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd has secured a RM87.66 million execution and completion of building contract at Sect U15, Shah Alam, Selangor from Eastern & Oriental Bhd’s indirect subsidiary Eastern & Oriental Express Sdn Bhd.
KPGB said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today that the contract covers the execution of 104 units of two-storey shop offices, six units of three-storey shop offices, 23 affordable shop units, two electrical substations, and one compact substation.
It said the contract shall commence on Nov 17, 2025 and to be completed within 30 months from the commencement date.
“The contract is expected to provide an additional stream of group’s revenue over the next three years,” it added.
