Pakistan, India reach full ceasefire deal

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan confirms it has reached a ceasefire with India with immediate effect, says Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.

The comes after US-led mediation talks ending four days of strikes and counter-strikes against each other’s military installations.
