KUALA LUMPUR: Magma Group Bhd has welcomed new substantial shareholders, further solidifying the group’s capital structure.
Following the completion of share allotment, Skyfold Express Sdn Bhd emerged as a direct substantial shareholder with 120 million shares or 7.69 per cent stake in Magma.
Empire Solaris Sdn Bhd became a substantial shareholder through an indirect interest in the same number of shares.
Among individual investors, Datuk Lee Chong Wei acquired a direct interest of 26.5 million shares (1.7 per cent) and an indirect interest in 127 million shares (8.15 per cent).
Meanwhile, Lee Kim Hai now holds an indirect interest in 120 million shares (7.69 per cent).
Existing substantial shareholder Datuk Seri Lee Hock Seng increased his stake and now holds a direct interest of 120.8 million shares and indirect shares of 182 million, bringing his total interest to about 19.42 per cent.
