PETALING JAYA: Ismanira Abdul Manaf, mother of the late six-year-old autistic boy Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matin, has been sentenced to five years’ imprisonment after being found guilty of neglect causing physical harm to her son two years ago.
Sessions Court judge Dr Syahliza Warnoh handed down the sentence after considering the mitigation presented by Ismanira’s defence lawyers and the aggravating factors highlighted by the prosecution.
