KUALA LUMPUR: A clip showing a cement truck moving uncontrollably along a road divider has gone viral online.
The video, uploaded by TikTok user @nixmartt, shows the truck crashing into several street lamps, with the passenger-side door wide open as people are seen chasing after it.
The caption on the video reads: “The truck driver is unconscious, possibly a heart attack.”
It is believed the driver suffered a heart attack while behind the wheel. The incident occurred in Kubang Kerian, Kelantan, and no injuries have been reported.
In a second video, also shared by @nixmartt, an individual can be seen performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on the driver inside the truck.

In the comment section, user @analiana285 wrote; “Poor driver… I wonder how he’s doing… Luckily no other vehicles were involved.”
Another user, @alfisyar855, wrote; “Respect to the guy who ran after the truck and kudos to the one who performed CPR. At least those around him did what they could to help save the driver’s life.”
