KUALA LUMPUR:
The government has introduced the Madani Employee Card, an initiative expected to benefit one million union members, offering discounts of up to 30% at over 100 companies providing essential goods and services.
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said the companies offering the discounts through the initiative include Aeon, Mydin, Jakel, Marrybrown, Genting, Old Town White Coffee, Zuss Coffee, SOCAR, and Bateriku.
“The card is designed to provide union members with discounts at participating businesses,” he said at the 2025 Labour Day celebrations at Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil, today, reported Berita Harian.
