Following Malaysiakini’s exposé revealing a network of cybertroopers operating on Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s Facebook, the platform’s owner Meta said there is so far no sign of violations of its policies.
“At this time, our review has not found evidence of violations of our coordinated inauthentic behaviour (CIB) policy related to the prime minister’s Facebook page,” a spokesperson told Malaysiakini in response to the news portal’s queries.
