KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 24 — Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Mohd Khalil Ismail today confirmed that a prosecutor from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is being investigated for drug use.

The prosecutor’s urine tested positive for narcotics, according to Mohd Khalil, who said police raided the individual’s home after receiving a tip-off from an informant.

“Yes, we are investigating him. His urine tested positive,” the police chief told a press conference at the Bukit Aman federal police headquarters here.
