KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 19 — All prospective Haj pilgrims are reminded to immediately update their personal information profiles to ensure smooth communication and offers for the 1447H/2026M Haj season.
Group Managing Director and CEO of Tabung Haji (TH) Mustakim Mohamad said that the continuous reminder is part of the company’s commitment to ensure all prospective pilgrims receive accurate and up-to-date information.
He said this includes information on preparation briefing schedules, Haj courses, and all travel guidelines to the Holy Land.
“TH strongly emphasises the importance of accurate and current information so that Haj matters can be arranged as best as possible. We hope that all prospective pilgrims will cooperate in updating their respective profiles in the near future,” he said in a statement today.
He added that all prospective pilgrims can also check their turn to perform Haj for the 1447H/2026M season on the THiJARI platform or at TH branch offices nationwide.
“TH records show that a total of 521 prospective pilgrims on the 1447H/2026M queue list could not be contacted, which could affect the smooth delivery of important information related to Haj preparation and management,” he said.
Therefore, TH also urged all depositors, especially prospective pilgrims on the queue list, to take immediate action by visiting the nearest TH branch office or contacting the Tabung Haji Contact Centre (THCC) at 03-6207 1919.
“This is to update and verify personal information profiles such as their latest phone number, mailing address, and email,” he said.
Mustakim also reminded all prospective pilgrims to make early preparations in terms of health, finances, and knowledge related to the Haj pilgrimage, to ensure that the acceptance of the Haj offer and the journey towards a blessed Haj pilgrimage can be carried out smoothly. — Bernama
